Our expertise spans diverse industries such as Automotive, Aerospace, Marine, and AGVs. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Banbury. The Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including generating leads, building customer relationships, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. The Sales Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies, and provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process. Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales and business development
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Knowledge of the electric and hybrid industry
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience in the Automotive or Aerospace industry is a plus
