Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough research and analysis across our user and partner base to identify client requirements, advancing the functionality and value of the product.
Project Scoping: Lead project scoping and business requirements elicitation, translating these into technical requirements and user stories to achieve project objectives.
Actively participate in the sprint process (planning, reviews, and retrospectives), playing a key role in prioritizing and supporting the development process.
Roadmap Planning: Assist in planning the ongoing product roadmap and backlog, ensuring requirements are high quality and contain all necessary information for the development team.
Development Support: Support the development teams throughout delivery, answering questions and making well-considered course corrections when necessary.
Produce all appropriate documentation to ensure both ongoing development and releases are communicated clearly to both the business and the client base.
Professional Services Support: Collaborate with our Professional Services team to ensure the product meets customer needs and assist with complex projects and implementations.
Proven experience as a Product Owner, preferably with a financial background.
Excellent project management skills, with experience in agile methodologies.
Exceptional research, analysis, and documentation skills.
Ability to work fully onsite for the first 6-9 months, transitioning to a hybrid model thereafter.Competitive salary up to £60,000 for the right person.
