Currently one of the country’s leading fabricators of aluminium curtain walling, windows, doors and bespoke high quality sheet metal services.

We are now seeking a Production Planner & Process Co-Ordinator

Working in a team environment you will be responsible for planning production and providing support, controls and reporting relating to all processes carried out over all Clarison UK fabrication sites.

You will take control and manage facilities, including the ownership and annual renewal of all contracts and services, plus full management of all daily reactive requirements in all fabrication locations.

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- To provide full management and control of all Clarison UK factory Capacity Planners, ensuring the registers are kept up to date on a weekly basis for all three locations.
- Maintain the Capacity Summary to simplify the overview of workload in the factories, providing a vital tool to assist with decision making for future projects and early warning with respect to dips in production.
- Produce a monthly dashboard report to allow for high level review and to capture information, such as total monthly planned hours vs. completed hours, non-productive hours, actual productivity levels and key issues being raised.
- Provide assistance to the factory managers with sharing of information and improved ways of working in a collaborative manner.
- Support and develop new policies, procedures, and templates to capture the production function.
- Implement a working process to recover any additional fabrication hours, including variations, reworks, non-factory costs as part of the profit and loss reporting of the factories.
- To be the liaison between factories / sites / commercial teams on all fabrication-related project cost queries.
- Monitor and review all non-productive hours to drive out bad practice, while introducing best / consistent practice throughout the factories.
- To provide full ownership of all factory budgets and associated spends related to all non-production related item, to include monthly reporting analysis.
- To manage and control all office related contracts and services for all Clarison UK factory sites.
- To manage and control all reactive works relating to Clarison UK factories with the support of the Production Managers who will undertake the day-to-day supervision requirements.
- To manage and control all factory related contracts, services and maintenance agreements relating to all factory machinery / kit, plus associated Clarison UK factory areas with support of Production Managers.
- To manage and control all reactive works relating to Clarison UK factory areas and associated machinery with the support of the Production Managers.
- To provide monthly analysis on spend profiles for all locations, split between factory and office spend vs budgets.
