Your role

We're looking for someone like that to:

• play a central role in ensuring the firm delivers on our Key CASS Regulatory Requirements (including CMAR, CASS Resolution Pack and Banking Exemption adherence)
• provide CASS relationship management services to relevant areas of the Investment Bank
• assist with testing a suite of CASS controls to ensure they are designed and operate effectively
• sustainably enhance the Client Asset Protection control framework

Your team

You’ll be working in the Client Asset Protection (CASS Adherence) team in London, which is an Operations function within the Investment Bank. We are a central oversight function that oversees the Firm's compliance with the Financial Conduct Authority's CASS rules. The role is crucial to successfully maintaining adequate protection for our clients' assets.

Your expertise

• ideally 3+ years of CASS experience within an Investment Bank, the regulator or a Big 4 firm
• a relevant professional qualification (e.g. chartered accountant) could be advantageous
• experience of working with automation tools such as Alteryx
• strong analytical skills and a willingness to keep up with industry, regulatory developments and learn new concepts and methods
• methodical and accurate working approach, ability to meet deadlines
• confident communicator, able to effectively interact with global colleagues at all levels
