We are looking for an **Associate Director-Onboarding** to join our London Team.

A solid Knowledge of FCA Rules, CASS, AIFMD, UCITS or MiFID is also required.

You will be an integral part of the Waystone team and will play a pivotal role in proactively managing and supporting their clients and funds from a commercial and governance perspective as well as representing Waystone at external events.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Project management and time management of projects including the management of internal and external stakeholders in a project and meeting project timelines.
- Management of Direct Reports covering UK funds under the Waystone ACD.
- Responsible for supporting the team in the management of new clients and new funds dealing with internal Senior Managers and supporting teams, and being lead contact person with the ACD Board, Sponsors, Investment Managers and across the different service providers, principally the Fund Administrator (TA / FA), Depositary, Auditors and Legal Advisors.
- Management and delivery of launch projects for clients, generally to be comprised of more complex launches and/or large strategic client relationships.
- Oversight of the projects to ensure they remain operationally efficient and financially profitable as well as managing planning for future expected launches and resource allocation.
- Act as an escalation point for team members and assist them in addressing and resolving any issues on fund launches and acting as an interface to senior management of function or operational teams.
- Ensure current knowledge of regulations and updates as and when they are circulated by reading and implementing processes to adhere to this changing regulation, specifically FCA Guidance, CASS, AIFMD, UCITS and MiFID, and FCA guidance in consultation with the Waystone Horizon Scanning Group.
- Attend, when available, training sessions on relevant topics.
- Identify procedures that need to be implemented or changed, lead the charge to get the changes made, take responsibility for training, and ensure that procedures are adhered to on an ongoing basis.
- Assist in the development of a commercially aware culture within the team to ensure team members can identify cross sell or repeat business opportunities for clients.
