The Opportunity:

Are you an experienced Account Manager with a passion for delivering exceptional service, a proactive mindset, and a drive to generate new sales? We're looking for a dynamic individual to join our team and play a key role in delivering world-class value to our clients.

This company supplies innovative audio visual and IT equipment solutions, combined with trusted, friendly service for all sizes of indoor and outdoor events in the UK, Europe and Worldwide. Their technical expertise combined with their extensive inventory of AV and IT technologies gives them the unique ability to serve clients across all industries, from their initial event concept through to delivering an exceptional event experience.

About the Role:

As an Account Manager, you will be at the forefront of managing existing clients while actively generating new business to expand your portfolio. You'll be the key link between the sales team and the operational side of the business, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently, and that all KPIs are met. Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Exhibition Manager to achieve targets that contribute to the overall goals of the company.
  • Oversee quality control in equipment specifications, ensuring client requirements are met to the highest standard.
  • Innovate and adapt processes to continuously deliver the best value to clients and internal teams.
  • Develop new business and build long-term, meaningful relationships with key clients.
  • Manage on-site client interactions, providing excellent customer service and maintaining high satisfaction levels.
  • Support a safe working environment in line with Health & Safety regulations.
  • Be flexible and available for weekend work when required.
  • Deliver on all set KPIs to drive company success.
