Senior / Pitch Designer

Location: Central London

Salary: Up to £65k + Package


My client is currently looking for an experienced Senior / Pitch Designer to work within the commercial office sector. You will have the opportunity to work on creative schemes in Central London on projects valuing up to £20m.

As Pitch Designer, you will have the opportunity to assist in the preparation of the pitch and once successful, help on the day to day running of the job. You will be working alongside the site team and will have a good network of support around you.


Role

  • Working on several D&B office schemes in Central London
  • Meeting client briefs and budget
  • Creating tests, boards & presentation material
  • Space planning and specifying materials
  • Attending site meetings and assisting the Design team
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers and internal team
  • A proficient user of AutoCAD and/or Revit and have experience of producing detailed technical drawing packages.


Candidate

  • A portfolio of works showing creativity within the commercial office sector (CAT A & B)
  • A proven track record of successful pitches
  • Experienced managing a small team of designers
  • Thrives within a client facing role and can establish solid relationships
  • Excellent communication skills to deliver a project from concept to completion
  • Degree or HND educated or equivalent
