Senior Product Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Designer to join our Intelligent People team in London. As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience of our ecommerce platform and driving business growth through design-led innovation.
About the Role:
The Senior Product Designer will be responsible for delivering a variety of in-life and discovery stage projects, providing engaging and intuitive user experiences across digital products, and working cross-functionally with Product Managers, Engineers, and Data Analysts to ensure designs meet business, customer, and technical needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver high-quality design solutions that meet business objectives and customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions are feasible and meet technical requirements.
- Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions and ensure user-centered design solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product design and UX.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Product Design/UX role in a transactional ecommerce environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and experience in ecommerce.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in an Agile environment and adapt to changing priorities.
