Senior Product Designer - London office based - B2B SaaS - Salary up to £100,000 plus shares
In-Product is partnered with an ambitious, YC-backed start-up whose groundbreaking AI tool is poised to revolutionize the financial industry by streamlining research and due diligence processes. Founded by serial entrepreneurs with a proven track record of successfully growing and exiting multiple companies, this start-up is now fully committed to their next venture, and are looking to hire their first Product Designer.
You will become part of a small but rapidly growing team, driven by a shared mission to make this endeavor a resounding success. As a Senior Product Designer in this business, you will work closely with a tight-knit team, initially with a lean to UX, your role will transform the daily working lives of their clients.
To excel in this position, you will need to:
Understand the B2B SaaS environment, and work with users to identify and alleviate friction
in workflows with a complex data focused product.
Be comfortable working with ambiguity. Focusing on rapid delivery and calling upon your Product Sense to make informed decisions and release early to iterate through to the 'final' design.
Be curious, look to innovate within both existing and new Products, and look to understand how technology works and the impact of your design across the business.
Have a Technical background, having worked in highly complex Products working closely with Engineers, or have come from a computer science background before transitioning into Product Design.
Demonstrate your experience shipping multiple Products in a fast-paced environment, gaining knowledge of what works and what doesn't, and continually learning from your experiences.
Have experience in a High-Growth environment, from a B2B SaaS Product environment with exposure to End-to-End Product Design.
