Are you a visionary leader passionate about luxury travel and a deep understanding of the European market? This role, Head of Sales and Operations, is a great opportunity to work with a B Corp business in the travel sector that is passionate about its people and the planet You’d be managing a sales and operations team and being a product professional for the brand with experience with DMC’s– an all-encompassing role.
Key Responsibilities for Head of Sales and Operations.
• Maximise sales from the available leads: lead allocation; training including call
listening and resource planning. Including a personal sales contribution.
• Deliver a seamless operational experience from quotation through to return of
travel.
• Product procurement, development and management, including negotiation and
contracting. Attending trade events and representing the business.
• Take responsibility for responding to operational and emergencies in your
region, including issues caused by suppliers, airlines or unexpected events to
ensure the best client results.
• In-depth knowledge of the UK & European luxury travel market.
Offering a great base salary with hybrid work out of their South West London Office, this is a business that really commits to a great working environment for its team.
