Enterprise Account Director - Financial Transformation. Client Development Director role to manage a portfolio of large, complex enterprise level corporate accounts for this SaaS financial reporting, data management and compliance technology business.


The client is a fast growth, PE backed FinTech business that is helping organisations deal with the changing regulatory landscape of digital financial reporting. Due to the launch of a new suite of cloud based reporting tools, they have ring fenced a portfolio of mainly insurance and financial services firms that are large growth opportunity clients this role will be responsible for.


Your responsibility will be to own the commercial relationship with each client, engaging with key stakeholders to understand their digital transformation roadmap and to engage your team and resources to deliver workflow applications that will manage data flow, process improvement and regulatory reporting. Developing key account action plans and whitespace analysis, the role will be to strategically identify net new sales opportunities within the accounts that fit with the clients long term strategy.


Ideally you have already had key account sales experience, transformation consultancy, ideally around the office of the CFO and can manage a high number of sales opportunities at different stages of development. You are a driven and ambitious sales person that enjoys working in a structured sales environment (MEDDPIC) and can handle multiple stakeholder Key Account engagement in top tier blue chip accounts.


On offer is a basic salary up to £90K and uncapped commission. £180K OTE The role is predominantly remote with some office attendance around 2 - 3 days per month. This is a significant opportunity to own a number of key accounts and so will be great career move.
