You Are:

Partnership and Alliances Manager – We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our UK BU Partnerships and Alliances team.


This role is pivotal in driving growth through the development and management of strategic partnerships and alliances.


The successful candidate will have a proven track record in creating and nurturing long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with key stakeholders from strategic partners. Proven experience in developing and growing the partnership with Hyperscaler (preferably Google, AWS, Azure)


The Opportunity:

  • Strategic Planning and Execution:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partnerships and alliances strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Develop a Hyperscaler focussed strategy to enhance market visibility and growth for the company in the Hyperscaler led growth.
  • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate strategic alliances with key industry players to drive business growth and innovation.
  • Oversee the implementation of joint go-to-market strategies with partners, ensuring alignment and execution of business and marketing plans.


  • Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with senior executives at partner organizations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for strategic partners, fostering collaboration and ensuring mutual goals are met.
  • Ensure the successful delivery of joint initiatives, managing expectations and resolving any issues that arise.


  • Revenue Generation:
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic alliances by leveraging partner networks to expand market reach and enhance service offerings. Should have a track record of developing revenue pipeline and growth of ~10M GBP annually.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategies to maximise partner-sourced business opportunities.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of partnerships, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.


  • Leadership and Collaboration:
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders across various departments, including sales, marketing, product development, COEs and operations, to ensure alignment and execution of partnership strategies.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote our partnership capabilities and identify new opportunities.



What you need:

  • Experience:
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic partnerships or alliances within the IT services industry.
  • Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder relationships and delivering successful partnership outcomes.
  • Experience working with global systems integrators (GSIs), independent software vendors (ISVs), managed service providers (MSPs), and other key partners in the IT ecosystem.
  • Skills:
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive partnership strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and report on the performance of partnerships and make data-driven decisions.


  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
