Alexander Lloyd is delighted to be partnering on an exclusive basis with a London based organisation, on the recruitment of an HR & Payroll Administrator.
Their team has grown extensively due to a significant increase in business and new opportunities over the past 3 years. This role will work closely with their Head of People and Business Manager (alongside other key support staff as required) to support a range of essential HR and business functions.
Duties:
- Supporting the recruitment process. This may include liaising with agencies, setting up interviews and supporting post recruitment checks and candidate onboarding.
- Administration of wider HR related documentation including employee contracts, administration of contractual changes, updating individual HR files.
- Supporting with wider HR related projects and communications.
- Collating essential payroll data for the month
- Ensuring any changes to payroll for the previous month are updated. This may include pension contribution changes, pay changes etc
- Adding new starters to the system including their pension and benefits deductions
Skills/Qualifications:
- Experience of working with and managing confidential HR and people related data
- Payroll experience
- Excellent MS Office skills including word and excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to manage multiple deadlines and tight timescales
Benefits:
- Fully Remote role with occasional travel to London, expenses paid
- Pension contribution up to 8%
