Here you will have total control of your customers who you are account manager for.
You are skilled in networking, love a trade show, meeting with the customers and talking about how you can account manage their projects, this is where you are in your element.
When it comes to digging around and researching as Sales account manager you are a bit of a detective finding out what the supply chain looks like for these clients.
When you bring the orders back to site, you know how to dissect the war and peace document into the “important stuff” that the team need to manufacture.
Yes, this is a role where you will be selling, but it’s certainly not a phone bashing role, its more high-level account management, taking for ownership & accountability.
If you are working within the metals or machined components industry this would be the icing on the cake, however information can be trained, you will be working alongside some of the most talented individuals in the industry.
As Sales Account Manager we are looking for you to bring:
- Entrepreneurial spirit.
- Great organisational skills.
- Your communication skills, you know how to talk to people, you can also put together a good email.
This is a customer facing account manager role, whilst we all know that post covid so much business is conducted over video call, there is still nothing quite like being in front of your customer; representing the company to craft customer relationships.
As a Sales Account Manager you have the ability to build strong and lasting business partnerships and are very comfortable jumping on a plane to meet your customers
As Sales Account Manager your earnings are uncapped, it’s in an industry where with the right approach you can look forward to seeing very health commission in your pay packet.
Your new boss the sales manager will support you & train you, climbing the ladder here forging yourself the career of your dreams could be a reality being part of this companies projected journey from turning over just over 3 million to predictions of 5.5 million.
Working hours 8-5pm but your Friday afternoon is your own with an early finish.
The holiday allowance is above the norm too, 26 days plus all of your bank holidays.
The salary on offer for this Sales Account Manager role is 30-35k but trust me that’s not what you will be earning for long
