Role Overview:

London Victorian Ring is a fourth-generation family jewellery business based in Hatton Garden London, specializing in engagement and wedding rings. The business is undergoing an exciting period of change with opportunities for individuals to grow and develop within their roles. We are seeking talented, dynamic, and creative people to join our small but mighty team on this journey. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in luxury marketing across a wide range of marketing and e-commerce functions, including social media, DTC, paid media, reporting and strategy support.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the E-commerce Marketing Manager in the execution of the LVR digital marketing strategy
  • Undertake regular maintenance and basic updates to the Shopify site. Identify any issues and raise to the team in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for managing the new product launch tracker and uploading new products to the site promptly with clear communications to the team.
  • Producing weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reporting to deliver growth across marketing channels and strategic priorities. Monitor website traffic, conversion rates, and customer behaviour using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimisation.
  • Through analysis, seek opportunities to drive growth & optimize performance across marketing channels.
  • Support the running of social media, through conceptualizing, planning, copywriting, and optimizing content performance. Seek to grow social presence.  
  • Email Support: Write compelling copy and build emails in marketing platforms with the support of the E-commerce manager.
  • Supporting the team in seeking opportunities to grow the customer base, improve strategy, and achieve successful outcomes.
  • Support the e-commerce manager in reviewing ad performance and suggest optimization opportunities.
  • Support on delivering clear investment targets across paid channels, ensuring spend & efficiency are aligned to forecasts.
  • Partner with the e-commerce manager to develop and execute the SEO recommendations and optimizations.


 What You’ll Need:

  • Relevant degree or experience in digital marketing channels
  • Experience working within marketing retail e-commerce business.
  • Experience of delivering business goals across marketing channels
  • Analytical and good numeracy skills
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn and ability to pick up new skills quickly



Must-Have:

  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Excellent copywriting skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a small team.
  • Hands-on marketing experience in an e-commerce setting
  • A passion for the luxury market.
  • Social media experience.
  • Analytical and good numeracy skills
  • creative thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Self-driven and proactive with meticulous attention to detail.

Desired Skills:

  • Familiarity with Shopify or alternative platform, Google Analytics, Klaviyo and other relevant digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Strong competency with Excel.
  • Experience within jewellery and passion for the jewellery industry.
  • Basic Graphic Design (Adobe Creative Cloud)
  • Previous start-up experience.
