ABOUT THE JOB

 

Sales & Training Executive will play a crucial role in implementing and maintaining training standards cross the brand for both D2C pop-ups and wholesale retailers. Alongside Senior Customer Operations Manager, S&T Exec will execute a training strategy, that focuses on driving sales and elevating VIEVE’s artistry within the beauty space. You will be proactive and responsible in managing your own time and diary within the business needs to ensure support across all B&M Doors.   


LOCATION

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  

 

  • Maintain and implement training strategy 
  • Create training documents and tools  
  • Maintain store level wholesale partnerships 
  • Maintain and grow retail and D2C activations  
  • Monitor and drive sales through training  
  • Carry out regular store visits 
  • Bring an artistry focus to the business  
  • Being collaborative across the business 

 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR 

 

  • Previous experience within beauty is preferred  
  • Previous experience in a training role that focuses on sales targets  
  • Confident in makeup application  
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications 

 

ABOUT YOU 

 

  • Results driven and high attention to detail 
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively. 
  • Excellent communication and collaborative skills, with a customer-centric mindset 
  • Willingness to learn and adapt, with a proactive and results-orientated approach 
  • Excited about joining a fast-paced and challenging environment, and true passion for Beauty. 
  • Available to travel in a field-based role, around but not limited to the UK  
  • Available to travel around central London 
  • Driver’s license preferable  
  • Able to work 5 days across Mon-Sun based on business needs
