Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with all suppliers and coordinate ongoing contracts and agreements
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and company events.
  • Support for our MD and Directors with coordinating meetings and administrative tasks
  • Build strong relationships with the Fruition IT & Fruition Consulting Management teams, assisting with operational support and ensuring adherence of company procedures
  • Work closely with the Finance team to ensure a smooth link between the finance and operations functions
  • Responsible for HR administration with support from external HR consultant
  • Support delivering projects within both businesses including implementation of new systems and processes, tenders, bids and audits
  • Working closely with the Engagement Manager to support with Fruition Consulting tasks
  • Utilise software packages like Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for data management and document production
  • Support the office administrator with day-to-day management of the Leeds office and Manchester office where required
  • Management and mentoring responsibilities of one team member
  • Generate ad hoc reports
  • Cover support for the operations team
  • Respond to general queries from the management team, consultants and 3rd parties where required
  • Ad hoc support to both businesses
