As Trade Sales Manager, you will take full responsibility for managing the trade team and overseeing multiple partnerships, with a strong emphasis on revenue generation and relationship building. This role is pivotal in shaping and executing the sales strategy for the trade channel, aimed at driving our ambitious growth goals.


Proven B2B sales experience within the travel industry is essential to be considered for this role.


The role:

  • Leading and mentoring the trade sales team
  • Creating and executing successful sales strategies
  • Continuously assessing ROI of executed activities, identifying sales gaps, and proposing solutions
  • Planning and coordinating activities for marketing opportunities and trade events
  • Identifying new partnership opportunities
  • Actively managing and negotiating B2B contracts, sales campaigns, and marketing initiatives


You will have:

  • Previous experience in a similar B2B role within the travel industry is essential
  • Proven experience in a people management role
  • Excellent negotiating skills
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Flexibility to host and attend trade events, FAM trips and visits to our trade partners
  • Ability to work digitally with budgets, sales figures and presentations


Additional Information :

  • Salary circa £47,000 per annum (depending on experience)
