We are looking for an experienced Event Producer to deliver an on-brand events schedule for us. Liaising with our important stakeholders both internally and externally to engage our audiences.

You'll have an impact by...


  • Producing cutting-edge events, activations and installations across the Peninsula
  • Coordinating with our partners, stakeholders and contractors to deliver exceptional experiences for the defined audiences across our reach
  • Acting as a brand guardian for the Greenwich Peninsula brand, internally and externally
  • Liaising with various teams internally to ensure all event logistics are considered, communicated and delivered successfully, whilst maintaining the integrity of the event
  • Working closely with the business to ensure the entire events schedule fits with the broader Greenwich Peninsula placemaking objectives
  • Maintaining all aspects of H&S, including RAMs


You'll impress us by having...


  • The ability to work both strategically, but also tactically, being the hands-on person on the ground and seeing things from a guest perspective
  • Proven experience of delivering experiential events and installations
  • The ability to manage various projects and people at any one time
  • Wonderful communication skills, both verbally and in writing
  • Understanding when responding to challenges with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Superb logistics and planning skills and wanting to get more involved with the curation of these events
  • An approachable and engaging personality, able to bring people on the journey with you
