About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Event Producer to join our team at Sleek Events. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for delivering world-class events for our clients, from concept to delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the project team to develop and deliver innovative event solutions that meet client briefs and exceed expectations.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with the creative and technical teams to grow ideas and improve processes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met.
  • Contribute to new business development through industry networking and relationship-building.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve event delivery.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in event production, with a strong track record of delivering successful events.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative event solutions.
  • Knowledge of event production software and systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
