This role requires strong organisational and planning skills to manage site works across the UK, ensuring tasks are executed efficiently and according to schedule. Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage engineering, planning, and execution of site works, including mechanical and electrical installations, servicing, and commissioning.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for successful project delivery.
  • Organise 'ready for site' sessions and site works rehearsals.
  • Produce and oversee risk assessments, method statements, and safe working procedures for personnel.
  • Conduct site audits/visits and ensure high standards of workmanship and professionalism.
  • Lead and manage the Site Services team, including mechanical and electrical technicians.



Qualifications and Requirements:


  • Relevant experience in site management, project management, or project engineering within a customer-focused environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in managing health and safety responsibilities and implementing safe systems of work.
  • HNC or equivalent in a relevant technical discipline, or significant related work experience.
  • City & Guilds/NVQ in a relevant technical discipline.
