Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Services Manager to join our team at Galliford Try Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our site services team, ensuring they are equipped, prepared, and informed to execute tasks safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engineer and plan site works, ensuring correct equipment, tooling, and materials are available to deliver high-quality installations.
  • Provide direct liaison to internal and external stakeholders, maintaining a clear plan and leveraging support from stakeholders where required.
  • Produce and oversee fulfillment of works Risk Assessments, Method Statements, Permits to Work, Toolbox Talks, COSHH assessments, and safe working procedures.
  • Undertake site audits/visits, producing and submitting site reports, and overseeing standards of workmanship and professionalism.
  • Manage Health and Safety responsibilities and implement safe systems of work.
  • Commit to providing excellent customer service, demonstrating passion, commitment, and enthusiasm in all aspects of the role.
