Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Services Manager to join our team at Galliford Try Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our site services team, ensuring they are equipped, prepared, and informed to execute tasks efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engineer and plan site works, ensuring correct equipment, tooling, and materials are available to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality installations.
  • Provide direct liaison to internal and external stakeholders, maintaining a clear plan and leveraging support from stakeholders where required to deliver outcomes.
  • Produce and oversee fulfillment of works Risk Assessments, Method Statements, Permits to Work, Toolbox Talks, COSHH assessments, and safe working procedures, ensuring the health and safety of personnel for the working activity.
  • Undertake site audits/visits, producing and submitting any required site reports and overseeing standards of workmanship and professionalism for Lintott systems and installations.
  • Experience in management of Health and Safety responsibilities and implementing safe systems of work.
  • Commitment to the provision of excellent customer service, passionate, committed, and enthusiastic in all that you do.
