Site Services Manager – Water Technologies

Norwich (Hybrid)

Galliford Try Group is seeking a skilled Site Services Manager to join their team in Norwich. This is a hybrid role that offers flexibility in working arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the Lintott Site Services Team, ensuring they are equipped, prepared, and informed to execute scheduled tasks.
  • Engineer and plan site works, ensuring correct equipment, tooling, and materials are available for safe, efficient, and high-quality installations.
  • Provide direct liaison to internal and external stakeholders, maintaining a clear plan and leveraging support where required.
  • Produce and oversee fulfilment of works Risk Assessments, Method Statements, Permits to Work, Toolbox Talks, COSHH assessments, and safe working procedures.
  • Undertake site audits/visits, producing and submitting site reports, and overseeing standards of workmanship and professionalism.
Requirements:
  • Experience in management of Health and Safety responsibilities and implementing safe systems of work.
  • Commitment to excellent customer service, passion, and enthusiasm in all aspects of the role.
