Alexander Steele has partnered with a leading global wine & spirits business that is urgently looking for a Customer Service Executive to be responsible for processing all incoming sales orders, managing stock at our third-party warehouse and providing high levels of customer service to our customers.

On Offer

  • Salary will be circa £28 000
  • 10% Performance Bonus
  • Private Healthcare + Pension
  • 25 days leave + 8 bank holidays
  • Hybrid remote working (3 days in the office)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all sales orders are processed accurately, on time and effective communication procedures are followed.
  • Facilitate invoicing and price list management, ensuring that promotional offers are applied correctly.
  • Review and complete stock fulfilments whilst managing and reporting on stock disputes, credit notes and delivery issues.
  • Evaluate and improve customer service processes, identify and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce errors/costs.
  • Build relationships with third party warehouses and logistic providers.

Candidate Requirements:

  • At least 6 to 12 months customer service, sales order processing, supply chain or logistics experience within the FMCG industry (drinks industry experience will be advantageous)
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Good Excel skills and experience using ERP systems (experience using Globe will be advantageous)
  • Attention to detail and clear problem-solving methodology.
