  • Qualitative and on time planning, technical drawings, rendering, presentation and creation of customer related documents
  • Creating concepts and furniture solutions efficiently and promptly to meet client’s specific requests
  • Support our sales team / sales support in product identification and product configuration
  • Handling of special requirements in conjunction with the Technical support team (UK & HQ)
  • Provide support with the preparation or the entire creation of customer presentations
  • Creation of final design packs to support sales support/project management in a successful install


Administration & Communication

  • Cooperation with and support of Sales staff in all Sales matters
  • Contribution to the communication within the team
  • Responsibility for the quality of the internal and external correspondence
  • Quality of customer, design/technical data & files within the internal systems
  • Maintain and update resources libraries with current product renderings and drawing


Customer Success

  • Proactive contribution to the development of quality and efficiency in the design process and the outputs created
  • Attending and supporting networking, training, and sales/dealer events out of normal hours


Skills & Competencies

  • Experienced designer with competence in Revit, AutoCAD, 3D visualisation, P.con
  • Great teamworking spirit
  • Strong attention to detail across technical designs and floor-planning
  • Ideally an understanding of the contract furniture industry
  • Ability to prioritize & meet deadlines
  • Ability to manage fast-paced creative needs
  • Enjoys a hardworking and social environment
