Location: Remote


Our client requires a Regional Sales Manager, experienced in providing technical sales solutions into the Food Manufacturing & Food Processing industry. The role is focused on developing national & key accounts. The perfect candidate will have aspirations to lead a team. This opportunity will progress quickly into sales management.


As the Regional Sales Manager, you will receive:

  • Generous base salary of up to £60,000
  • Uncapped commission structure (£six figures)
  • Fully Expensed Company car
  • 28 days holiday
  • A defined path for advancing into management


Key responsibilities:

  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients in the food industry.
  • Drive B2B sales by offering tailored solutions, including both individual machines and complete line systems.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring consistent customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify trends, assess the competitive landscape, and uncover growth opportunities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technical solutions relevant to the food industry.


You will be a self-starter who wants the opportunity to make a difference. You will be an experienced salesperson with aspirations to progress into a senior management position.
