I am currently recruiting on behalf of an industry leading pump manufacturer.This opportunity is a remote based Regional Sales Manager role to cover the Midlands. This role would include selling liquid pumps into the Process & Industrial industries e.g. Pulp & Paper, Ceramics etc.Salary - Circa £55,000 basic + 25% bonus + 9% pension+ company car.Our successful direct sales team are looking to appoint a Sales Engineer to manage our Industrial and Environmental markets in the Midlands You will play an important role in the continued success of our company in some of our key industries. We’re looking for a tenacious, consultative sales professional who will drive profitable and repeatable business with established clients, whilst intelligently prospecting for new business opportunities. The position comes with a highly competitive remuneration including up to 25% annual bonus, a company car, up to 10% pension, 27 days holiday, private healthcare, share options, home office IT support and excellent career development prospects. To be successful in this role, you will need: The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following experiences and skills: Established experience working as a Sales Engineer / Regional Sales Manager. The knowledge to maintain and develop existing key accounts. An engineering qualification at HNC level or above. A strategic mind-set to develop and execute an effective territory sales plan. A track record in generating and converting new sales leads. The ability to travel within your sales territory as required.
