The ideal candidate should have many years of sales planning, operations and sales incentive design experience working for top-notch technology companies (especially cloud-based companies) and possess solid analytical, operational and numerical skills to support future business growth.

Based in London, UK, the candidate must be willing to "roll up the sleeves" and design, build and execute multiple projects and initiatives from 0 to 1. Being adventurous, highly adaptable, and capable of navigating through ambiguities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment are key to success at BytePlus.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Supports Sales and Marketing teams in London and Dubai
- Partner the business in terms of sales planning, systems optimisation and driving operational cadences such as pipeline reviews, forecast/budgets, gap closer plans etc
- Play a critical role in driving the Lead to Cash process
- Design, build and run Sales Incentive Programs and Channel Partner Programs
- Drive business insights, measure ROI and assess risks
- Partner with Business Intelligence and Data teams to streamline and standardize reporting needs
- Support Marketing and Partnership team initiatives and ad hoc projects
- Strong advocate for best practices and change management
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or a quantitative field of study
- Self-starter with at least 10 years sales operations, planning and business partnering experience
- Well-versed in Salesforce and lead-generation systems such as Apollo, Linkedin Sales Navigator etc
- Experience with BI systems and dashboards
