In line with our commitment to excellence, SCI is currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team in Central London as a Delegate Sales Executive.


Role Overview:

As a Delegate Sales Executive, you will embark on an exciting journey to leverage your commercial acumen and drive sales growth. This role offers an ideal platform for individuals aspiring to kickstart their career in sales, with ample opportunities for career advancement and tangible impact within a prestigious clientele base comprising leading banks, investors, issuers, and law firms.

 

As a Delegate Sales Executive, you will:  

·        Engage with both new and existing clients to secure delegate places across our diverse portfolio of international events.

·        Execute outbound sales calls (40-60 calls per day) and employ various channels including telephone, email, and LinkedIn to effectively pitch our events, aiming to secure commitments and ensure high attendance rates.

·        Maintain accurate and up-to-date records by diligently updating the CRM database (Hubspot) with relevant client information.

·        Proactively identify and pursue additional leads to expand the client base.

·        Leverage referrals to generate further sales opportunities.

·        Explore cross-selling opportunities by promoting SCI's comprehensive range of products and services.

·        Effectively prioritize, manage, and report on sales opportunities to support strategic decision-making.

·        Provide proactive support to sales and operational strategies as required.


The ideal Delegate Sales Executive will possess the following skills, traits, and experience:  


·        Ideally possess a minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably within the events industry.

·        Demonstrate self-reliance, ambition, and the ability to set and pursue challenging goals.

·        Exhibit a strong motivation to not only meet but exceed targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

·        Display resilience, reliability, and adaptability in a dynamic sales environment.

·        Willingness to undertake occasional international travel as needed.
