Medical Communications Senior Account Executive

BioTalent are seeking Senior Account Executives for one of our global agency partners. You will be working on medical communications and L&D deliverables, servicing mid-to-large pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies. This is a hybrid role, with 3 days a week to work in office in London, UK.


THE ROLE

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients and coordinate with an internal multi-functional team.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, resources, and deliverables, including e-learning, mobile learning, workshops, and more.
  • Oversee project revenue recognition, forecasting, and invoicing.
  • Assist in developing proposals and pitches, including timelines and resource allocation.
  • Confirm that solutions meet clients’ needs.
  • Manage and mentor junior team members
  • Create Statements of Work.


QUALIFICATIONS


  • At least 3 years of account or project management experience in a digital/medical communications/healthcare agency setting
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Knowledge and experience in the life sciences sector..
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects within budget and scope while handling client expectations.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • High motivation, resilience under pressure, and adaptability.
  • Experience with project financials, including budgeting and invoicing.
  • Familiarity with creating blended learning solutions and understanding multimedia and delivery platforms.
  • Knowledge of user interface design principles.
  • Ability to work in the Central London office and willingness to travel for client meetings.
