Real Estate Finance/Sports Finance Senior Associate

One of the worlds largest Finance groups, based in the heart of the City of London, in a law firm considered to be one of the Top 10 highest performing law firms worldwide, is now looking to hire into its global Real Estate Finance practice in London.
The team are growing and looking to hire a new Senior Associate. This award winning practice has an impressive track record acting for both lenders and borrowers on a broad range of interesting, highly complex financing transactions working at the highest echelons of the real estate industry.
This is an amazing opportunity to be lead associate on transactions up to £300m, running and negotiating deals yourself working with stellar clients, and the new hire will need to be confident handling deal documentation including LMA debt facility agreements, producing first draft term sheets and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Complex structured finance transactions the team have closed include EUR 1.5bn financing of a top European football stadium, £250m funding for a landmark real estate project in London, as well as groundbreaking securitisation deals in the sports industry representing key global heavyweight financial institutions.
The team are truly cross border in terms of the work and cover the full spectrum of real estate finance across all asset classes in a range of different sectors.

The successful applicant will ideally have 5-7 years post qualification experience and experience of real estate finance and/or sports finance. The firm would also consider a strong 4PQE candidate who is close to 5PQE looking for that next step up in their career.
