Track Legal, a leading law firm in the City of London, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to join its award-winning Global Real Estate Finance practice. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for handling complex financing transactions, working closely with clients, and contributing to the firm's continued success.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in real estate finance and/or sports finance, with a minimum of 5-7 years of post-qualification experience. You will be confident in handling deal documentation, producing first draft term sheets, and working with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of the real estate finance industry and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead associate on transactions up to £300m, running and negotiating deals with clients
  • Handle complex structured finance transactions, including LMA debt facility agreements and securitisation deals
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions
  • Contribute to the development of the firm's real estate finance practice
