About the Role

As a Real Estate Finance Associate, you will play a crucial role in advising clients on a wide range of transactions, including:

  • Commercial real estate debt financing (e.g., construction loans, mortgage loans, mezzanine financing)
  • Equity investments in real estate development projects
  • Real estate joint ventures and partnerships
  • Asset securitization and CMBS transactions
  • Real estate regulatory compliance

You will work closely with senior attorneys and clients to provide practical and effective legal advice while managing multiple projects and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice on real estate finance structures, investment vehicles, and relevant regulatory frameworks
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high-quality work

Requirements
  • Strong academic record
  • 1-5 years of experience in a leading law firm's real estate finance practice
