Job Title: Associate/Senior Associate

Specialism: Real Estate Finance

Location: Central London

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate/Senior Associate to join our fast-growing team. The team provides a range of real estate finance and real estate transactions services, including advising clients on security documents, corporate authorisations, commercial leases, and other occupational documentation.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing a broad and varied range of real estate finance and real estate transactions;
  • Drafting and negotiating transaction documents;
  • Carrying out due diligence, including reviewing and reporting on title, planning, and searches.

Personal Specification

To be successful in this role, you will have 4+ years of PQE experience in real estate and real estate finance. You will be proactive, efficient, organised, and keen to take the initiative and drive transactions forward. You will also enjoy developing client relationships and delivering excellent client service.

You will have:

  • Experience of working with borrowers, lenders, landlords, and tenants;
  • Sound drafting abilities;
  • Commercial awareness and negotiating skills;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral;
  • Accuracy and strong attention to detail;
  • Ability to build strong relationships and establish effective working relationships with clients and colleagues at all levels.
