Track Legal, a top-tier law firm, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to join its prestigious Global Real Estate Finance practice in London. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for handling complex financing transactions, working closely with clients, and contributing to the firm's continued success.

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity to work on high-profile deals, including structured finance transactions, securitisation, and real estate finance. You will have the chance to work with a diverse range of clients, from lenders to borrowers, and be involved in the negotiation and documentation of deals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead associate on transactions up to £300m
  • Run and negotiate deals with minimal supervision
  • Handle deal documentation, including LMA debt facility agreements
  • Produce first draft term sheets
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5-7 years post-qualification experience in real estate finance and/or sports finance
  • Strong knowledge of real estate finance and sports finance
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
