About the Role

As a Senior Associate, you will play a vital role in guiding our clients' decision-making processes by providing expert research and advisory services. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing effective screening criteria, and recruiting top experts to deliver high-quality research insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of clients across various industries, providing tailored research and advisory services to drive business growth and strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and implement effective screening criteria to identify top experts and deliver high-quality research insights.
  • Recruit and manage a team of Research Associates to support client projects and ensure seamless delivery.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers and other team members to optimize client use of Guidepoint's services and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in client or account management, preferably in a research or advisory role.
  • Fluency in English and Japanese (N1 level).
  • Excellent communication, project management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and adapt to changing priorities.
