About the Role:

In this key position, you’ll manage internal diaries, coordinate meetings, and ensure that project-related tasks run smoothly. You’ll have the unique opportunity to attend both internal and high-profile external meetings, taking minutes and tracking actions that arise.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project timelines, schedules, and deliverables to ensure successful completion.
  • Manage the CEO’s diary, scheduling appointments and prioritising tasks efficiently.
  • Attend meetings, capturing accurate minutes and following up on action items.
  • Collaborate with team members to track project progress and facilitate communication.
  • Assist in the preparation of project documentation, reports, and presentations.
  • After gaining familiarity with the role, contribute ideas and solutions to enhance project outcomes and team efficiency.
