Reporting to the Head of Design, the role will be designing UX / UI for mobile digital products.

We are seeking a creative Product Designer to lead end-to-end design. Working with Product Managers and Software Engineers.


This is a role for an individual contributor with a genuine desire to learn and ship software every day.


Responsibilities

  • Discovery and research
  • Work with stakeholders to understand product direction
  • Work with engineers to understand feasibility
  • Facilitate ideation workshops with your team
  • Own the customer experience
  • Design flows, components, interactions and documentation
  • Help deliver and refine clear strategy and storytelling around product opportunities
  • Create, collaborate, and iterate on flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals
  • Design and ship high-quality product improvements
  • Collaborate with the rest of the design team and internal design collaboration process


About you:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer within a small startup or SME digital product enviorment.
  • Experience with Figma and Adobe CS
  • Demonstrated ability to design simple solutions to complex user problems
  • Worked independently to explore concepts from beginning to end
  • An eye for high-quality, well-crafted visual and interaction design, and a passion for UI detail
  • Extraordinary visual design skills and strong understanding of UX principles
