Job Overview
We are looking for a Salesforce expert looking to join the team as a Salesforce Lead, where you will be responsible for managing, customizing, and optimising Salesforce systems. This role will involve leading on Salesforce administration, training staff, and ensuring compliance with data and GDPR protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the annual IT audit and ensure compliance with Salesforce protocols year-round.
- Serve as the primary contact for both offsite technical support and internal technical queries.
- Drive the development and enhancement of Salesforce as a CRM system to support stakeholder engagement.
- Lead training initiatives.
- Maintain user accounts, permissions, and system customizations to enhance database functionality.
- Develop and update online grant application forms and monitoring processes.
- Collaborate with the Data Analyst to provide timely responses to information and data requests.
- Facilitate the procurement process for CRM software renewal to secure an optimal solution for the foundation.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a Salesforce certification or equivalent experience.
- Strong skills in Salesforce configuration, including Experience Cloud, flows, dashboards, and reports.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver effective training and engage with a diverse team.
- Hands-on experience managing and maintaining Salesforce systems in a professional setting.
