We are seeking a highly motivated Cyber Security Sales Specialist to join our team in the Northern Region. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for generating new business, cultivating strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth within the security services sector.

What You'll Do:

  • Become a Trusted Advisor: Provide in-depth knowledge of our comprehensive security solutions and portfolio, addressing clients' unique needs and concerns.
  • Drive Strategic Growth: Support the implementation of our business development strategy, aligning with our company's vision and portfolio.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt and optimize sales strategies.
  • Identify and Capture Opportunities: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the dynamic cybersecurity sector.
  • Lead the Proposal Process: Own and manage all client proposals for security-related solutions.
  • Foster Collaboration: Act as a key liaison between technical and sales teams, ensuring seamless client engagement.
  • Define Technical Scope: Accurately define technical scope and initiate resource allocation based on sales strategy and management directives.
  • Coordinate Tender Preparation: Effectively coordinate technical and sales teams for successful tender preparation.
  • Champion Knowledge Sharing: Maintain and enhance the sales team's understanding of our evolving solution portfolio.
  • Build Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with internal teams to identify strategic partners and complementary products.
  • Develop a Robust Pipeline: Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using market insights and prospect segmentation.
  • Achieve and Exceed Targets: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to consistently meet or exceed annual revenue goals.
  • Ensure Seamless Execution: Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure the effective execution of sales initiatives.

What You'll Bring:

  • A strong understanding of cybersecurity industry dynamics and trends.
  • Significant experience in enterprise cybersecurity services sales, with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
  • Experience with digital transformation projects and a solid understanding of IT industry landscapes.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including senior executives.
  • A proactive and results-driven approach, with a willingness to take calculated risks.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent teamwork and organizational skills.
