Would you like to work at a new Security Operations Centre in the City of London monitoring offices across the region?

Working as part of a dedicated team you will be overseeing a range of systems including: CCTV, Access control, remote monitoring and alarm systems. You will monitor offices across the region, assess security threats, respond to incidents and support the travel risk function.

Applicants must Operations Centre Monitoring experience, managing and responding to security alarms, incidents and escalations, fault finding and reporting

**Applicants should meet the following criteria**:

- Previous security control room experience. You should have previously worked at a busy multi-functional control room or Security operations centre.
- Experience operating CCTV and access control systems. Experience with C-Cure 9000 would be an advantage.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operation of the control room security systems in a professional manner
- Monitoring CCTV and remote monitoring systems
- Operation of access control systems
- Security incident management and response
- Monitoring offices across EMEA
- Supporting the travel risk management function
- Responding to emergency situations in a professional manner
- Liaise with emergency services when required
- Respond and remain vigilant to threats such as terrorism
- Produce comprehensive written incident reports
- Manage crisis situations in a confident and calm manner
- Monitor and activate access control systems
- Respond to general queries
