What You’ll Do

The EA & Suites Specialist will drive software revenue growth with our customers by working with field sales and partner teams to strategize, identify, develop pipeline, cultivate opportunities, and work to close sales with security products.

We are focused on growth. You’ll need to thrive and meet all sales objectives and bookings targets in accordance with company growth expectations, develop revenue expansion opportunities for all Cisco sales segments and work off of a comprehensive growth plan.

You have a great chance to help craft the current as well as future software selling strategies of our Global Security Sales Teams, Channel Partners, and the Channel Organization helping them focus on the EAs and Suites.

Who You Are
- A guide, salesperson, mentor, creator, and knowledgeable person on Cisco’s software consumption models. The primary role will be the acceleration of software Enterprise Agreements and Security Suites.
- An Educator who sells the value of Enterprise Agreements and Security Suites and a Coach/Mentor to Account Managers and Cisco Global Security Sales Teams
- You engage with Business Entities to align existing and new offers to our sales teams and work with Worldwide Software Sales Specialists to drive successful sales strategies and enablement programs.
- You will identify and manage scalable programs/sales motions to accelerate the identification and engagement of Enterprise Agreements and Suites targets.
- You drive LifeCycle for the adoption of Cisco Secure software and look to expand Cisco Security products into existing Enterprise Agreements.
- You have a data-driven mindset who can mine, modify, use, present and make sure that your data is being adopted and used by our teams around the world
- You are comfortable leading 1 on 1 sessions, 1 to many sessions, and 100+ people broadcasts.

Our minimum qualifications for this role are:

- Software and Sales experience required
- You have 5+ years of experience in the high-tech industry in a sales role where large and complex software agreements were sold by you
- You have knowledge of a matrixed sales organization, how it works and how to leverage it for high growth
- An entrepreneurial mindset and a self-starter that is growth oriented
- You have the ability to juggle multiple priorities and projects at the same time, each with the same level of urgency
- You are well-versed in strategic program management and leadership experience is desired
- You possess excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills
- You're a phenomenal teammate with the ability to develop and cultivate cross-functional relationships
- You have a consistent track record in working as a partner with an ability to exercise influence to achieve the desired outcome
- You are willing to travel to engage customers, partners, and internal account teams on the LifeCycle selling model
- You are familiar with the MEDDPICC sales methodology and can leverage that methodology in your daily activities

U.S. employees have **access** to quality medical, dental and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with a Cisco matching contribution, short and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance and numerous wellbeing offerings. Employees receive up to twelve paid holidays per calendar year, which includes one floating holiday, plus a day off for their birthday. Employees accrue up to 20 days of Paid Time Off (PTO) each year and have access to paid time away to deal with critical or emergency issues without tapping into their PTO. We offer additional paid time to volunteer and give back to the community. Employees are also able to purchase company stock through our Employee Stock Purchase Program.

Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco typically pays as follows:
.75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota;
1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;
1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.

For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
