Head of Sales (UK)


We are currently representing a hugely successful Martech client who have created, through AI, a platform that analyses cross-channel data sets to predict behaviour and revenue generation. Recognised as number one in their field they are now looking to grow their UK sales team with a Head of Sales.


Responsibilities -

  • Carrying personal quota as well as a teams
  • Driving the AEs to success through mentoring regular 1-1s & being part of the recruitment.
  • Provide guidance on sales techniques, best practices, and product knowledge.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, set goals, and implement training programs to enhance the team's effectiveness.


Ideal profiles-

  • Min 6+ years of experience in Full Sales Cycle ideally in SaaS, over achieved on

targets and has been in a Player Manager or Leadership role for a couple of years.

● Has been selling complex sales with multiple stakeholders involved - enterprise

sellers only.

● Must be comfortable with managing a team of over 5 Sales people who have all sold

into Enterprise.

● Ideally coming from a Scale up environment so they are happy to get their hands

dirty

  • Experience with closing deals around 7 figure, 6 figure deals is a plus

● Top verticals that Insider sells to are Ecom, Travel, Retail, Automotive..
