Head of Sales - Beer


Company Overview: Join a dynamic and innovative beer company known for its commitment to quality and excellence in the drinks industry. We are seeking a Head of Sales to lead the sales team and drive growth in high-end on-trade venues.


Role Overview: As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to expand their presence in the on-trade. You will lead a team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration to achieve ambitious sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate high-end on-trade venues.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and industry partners.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Analyse market trends and consumer insights to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales leadership roles within the drinks industry.
  • Strong network and relationships with high-end, on-trade venues.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
