Head of Sales - Beer
Company Overview: Join a dynamic and innovative beer company known for its commitment to quality and excellence in the drinks industry. We are seeking a Head of Sales to lead the sales team and drive growth in high-end on-trade venues.
Role Overview: As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to expand their presence in the on-trade. You will lead a team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration to achieve ambitious sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate high-end on-trade venues.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and industry partners.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team targets.
- Analyse market trends and consumer insights to identify opportunities for growth.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales leadership roles within the drinks industry.
- Strong network and relationships with high-end, on-trade venues.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with a track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
