We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Event Management Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This role requires a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is capable of handling multiple aspects of event planning and execution. The position is based at our office on Kensington High Street in London and involves on-site responsibilities during events.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all facets of event planning, including venue selection, AV, logistics, and guest services.
  • Work closely with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Assist in developing and managing event budgets to ensure financial efficiency.
  • Implement creative event concepts and themes to enhance attendee experience.
  • Oversee on-site event operations, ensuring all elements conform to client expectations and company standards.
  • Address and resolve any issues that arise before, during, or after the event in a timely and effective manner.
  • Liaise with marketing teams to promote events and manage attendee registration processes.
  • Evaluate event success and provide detailed reports on outcomes and feedback.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in event planning or management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with teams, clients, and vendors.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.
