Event Specialist

Carter Murray is currently working with a leading law firm, who are looking for an Events Specialist to join their London team.
This newly created Event Specialist opportunity is positioned in the firm's business development function, and the Specialist will be responsible for planning, managing and executing a wide range of domestic and international events for the firm, including client-facing business development events and internal events as requested. The Specialist will handle all aspects of event logistics, including coordination with vendors and key internal and external stakeholders, invitations, email communications, confirmations and post-event follow up.
Key responsibilities also include creating and managing event-specific budgets, on-site event management and post-event follow up, and staying current on industry trends, venues, entertainment, restaurants and event technology.
The successful candidate for this role will have 4-5 years of experience managing events end-end in an enterprise-level law firm.
