Frazer Jones is exclusively working with a prestigious independent investment bank to hire a dynamic HR Assistant for a newly-created, progressive role.


The successful candidate will be instrumental in supporting the HR department, enhancing the employee life cycle, and fostering positive employee relations. You will work alongside an inspiring Head of HR, who is also on an impressive career trajectory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Records Management: Keep our HR database updated with accurate and timely information, ensuring data integrity.
  • Documentation Preparation: Craft and process essential HR documents, including employment contracts, onboarding guides, and policy updates.
  • Onboarding Excellence: Facilitate a welcoming onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all documentation is completed and orientation is scheduled effectively.
  • Seamless Offboarding: Assist with the offboarding process, conducting exit interviews and processing terminations with professionalism and sensitivity.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Organize interviews, HR meetings, and company events, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and staff.
  • Payroll Assistance: Support payroll processing and maintain meticulous payroll records.
  • HR Correspondence: Manage the HR inbox, promptly addressing queries and providing exceptional support to employees.
  • Conflict Resolution: Assist in addressing employee relations issues, providing support for conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
  • Investigations Support: Aid the HR Manager in conducting thorough investigations related to employee complaints and grievances.
  • Engagement Activities: Help promote a vibrant work environment by organising employee engagement activities, wellness programs, and team-building events.
  • Policy Implementation: Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with best practices and legal requirements.


Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Studying towards a CIPD qualification or equivalent would be useful (Study support offered).
  • 1+ year previous experience in an HR administrative role is preferred.
  • Experience working within Financial Services would be beneficial.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of HR software and databases would be advantageous
  • Used to working in a fast-paced, high pressured environment
