About the company:

Highly established Fit out Contractor and with a strong pipeline for year 2024 so need a project manager to take on some interesting projects, they value their employees and have a great reputation for a low staff turnover and progressing their employees to the next level of their career.


About the role:

The main purpose as a Senior Construction Manager , will be to deliver the projects from start to finish and liaising with a visiting Project Manager giving regular updates on progression and where they’re at with deadlines, also be responsible for ensuring the sub-contractors are doing the job correctly/safely and on time, meeting the project programme whilst making sure the project is being delivered to the high standard the client expects.

The ideal candidate can have experience in managing cut and carve projects and Cat A & B fit out projects.


Responsibilities:

  • Making sure the project is delivered safely through to completion.
  • Work is done in the highest standard.
  • Providing regular updates
  • Meet deadlines.
