Background:
Sweet Analytics is posting this role on behalf of our client who is an established beauty brand with over 15 years of trading history. This is a remote role with a 3/6 month contract on offer which then has the possibility of becoming full time.
The eCRM Marketing Manager is responsible for all customer retention activities and will be working alongside the GMD. You will set the eCRM strategy for an established beauty brand and with the support of the wider marketing team and external agencies, you will oversee the implementation of your strategy and report on performance. Ultimately you will be instrumental in helping lead the business to the next exciting phase in a fast paced and diverse working environment.
The role will include occasional travel to Jersey and Germany
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Planning & Strategy – work with the GMD to set the businesses eCRM strategy, encompassing all aspects of onsite and offsite CRM activity across multiple territories.
- Customer Communications – oversee all customer communication; marketing, lifecycle and transactional emails as well as printed campaigns. Constantly test creative / copy / messaging / segmentation to increase response.
- Loyalty – create and implement a robust and scalable customer loyalty program and manage customer product testing panels.
- Content – work with the marketing team to develop campaign and evergreen content to support business objectives.
- Reporting & Analysis – management and ownership of the customer database. Regular management and reporting of customer behaviour, trends and KPIs.
Skills / Qualifications:
- Degree level - (in marketing, preferably).
- Proven experience in a similar senior role with a keen interest in beauty and lifestyle trends, as well as Brands. Previous experience in cosmetics is not mandatory, but may be advantageous.
- Demonstrated experience in working with databases, data analysis, segmentation and email marketing platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Numerate and analytical with the ability to produce reports and derive valuable insights and analysis. Commercially astute, proactive and self-starter.
- Unafraid to take charge when necessary, be decisive and build support for those decisions.
- A confident self-starter with a strong work ethic and strong team building skills.
- Excellent knowledge and strong understanding of the digital landscape and trends.
- Good and confident communicator with the ability to work across multiple departments.
